Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns or replacements on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped within 14 days of delivery.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.
Provide Evidence
For items damaged during transit or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back to our warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will either ship out a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
